A “Purchase and Technical Support” Agreement between TLOS and APS technology, Inc. (a corporation organized under the law of the state of Connecticut with a principal office located at 7 leaser lane, Wallingford, CT 06492 (“APS”)-USA, have made and entered on the 25th of June, 2008 by which APS supply all of its product of different sizes and specifications of RSS in addition to training and technically supporting TLOS operations in all of TLOS Locations.

The Rotary Steerable System combines an advanced technology Rotary Steerable steering unit with a mud motor power section. Using proven “Push-the-Bit” technology and designed for use on typical land rigs, the RSS provides rotary steerable control while continuously rotating the drill string with the optimum power and bit speed for the application.
